Step III - Will be dedicated to the artistic restoration of the interior of the building, since the works of art integrated to it were severely exposed to infiltrations from the roofing and from the metallic finishes. This step should begin after the conclusion of Step II, but it can be executed while the building is open to the public, allowing that people follow the delicate work of the restorers.
