Title: Complementary adjustment to the basic agreement for technical and scientific cooperation between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the United Mexican States for the implementation of a project for demonstration and promotion of the Brazilian electoral system of electronic voting and counting in Mexico City.

Signature:The cooperation agreement was signed by the Brazilian Minister José Paulo Sepúlveda Pertence, President of the Superior Electoral Court, as plenipotentiary, and by the Mexican Minister Gerardo Lozano Arredondo, Director-General for Technical and Scientific Cooperation of the Secretariat of External Relations, as plenipotentiary.
