Title: Agreement for technical cooperation between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Secretariat General of the Organization of American States for the execution of a pilot plan of automation of the voting process in the Republic of Panama. Supplementary Agreement n. 4.

Signature: The agreement for technical cooperation was signed by the Brazilian Minister José Luiz Machado e Costa, chargé d'affaires of the Brazilian Mission before the OAS, as plenipotentiary, and by Mr. Luigi R. Einaudi, interim Secretary-General of the Secretariat General of the Organization of American States, as plenipotentiary.
Date of the election: Referendum in 2005 and general elections in 2009.
