Electoral Studies Magazine

The journal of Estudos Eleitorais , Electoral Studies, (ISSN 1414-5146) has been published twice a year by the Escola Judiciária Eleitoral do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (Electoral Judicial School of the Superior Electoral Court) since 2008. Published since 1997, the journal has disseminated articles, predominantly in the areas of Electoral Law, Political Law, and Party Law, with the purpose of providing the academic community and scholars with reliable legal and theoretical subsidies. Its mission is to contribute to the debates on citizenship, democracy, the electoral process, political pluralism, the exercise of political rights, political party participation, and related topic
